A burgeoning suburb with top-rated schools and shopping
Doncaster has seen a surge in popularity in the last few years, and for good reason. Just 15 km east of the CBD, it offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle fueled by fantastic shopping and dining options and some of the top-rated schools in the state. New luxury family homes, townhouses and modern high-rise apartments are changing the face of this burgeoning suburb. It’s come a long way from its orchard and farmland beginnings, but the beautiful Ruffey Lake Park is a reminder of its past.

Living in Doncaster, I feel like I have the best of all worlds — urban convenience with nice, leafy suburban streets. And the views are incredible. It feels like you’re on top of the world!
