We are expanding our Property Management Department and require a competent Property Manager to manage a Portfolio of approx. 120 properties. Duties Include: - Monitoring of tenant arrears - 6 monthly inspection reports - Prompt handling of maintenance and landlord liaison - Lease renewals and rent reviews - Ingoing and outgoing inspection reports - Representation at VCAT if required. Please note, this position includes no leasing inspections or regular Saturday work, although you maybe required to work up to four Saturdays per annum. The Agency: - A progressive boutique office with a history which spans more than 50 years. - Advanced Property Management systems with AI technology. - Well-known brand and marketing. - External and internal training. - Prominently located in a busy shopping precinct. - Highly skilled Property Managers and support staff. The Successful Candidate: - A minimum of 2 years Property Management is desired. - A current Agents Representative Certificate is required. - Must hold a current driver’s licence and own a reliable car. - Salary is dependant on experience.
