A long history of success
Peter Parkes Real Estate commences business on Blackburn Road, Doncaster East.

After moving to a prime position on Doncaster Road, the agency is purchased by Ted and Linda Linmeiers. The company's main focus is on the sale of vacant land and new homes.
Our offices are renovated and extended into the neighbouring shop to coincide with the company joining the US franchise Century 21.

Our company develops a reputation for land sales. We are appointed to auction the site of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in Burwood when they relocate.
The company departs from the Century 21 franchise, rebranding under Peter Parkes Real Estate. We launch our first full colour gloss property guide.

Tas the Jack Russell was introduced as the company's mascot during the "My Best Friends" campaign. He is now retired, but he looks back on his real estate career with fond memories.
The agency undergoes a complete rebrand to Parkes Property and Parkes Property Leasing. We invest in the latest technology and systems to enhance our service in both sales and property management.

Parkes Property establishes a reputation in the field of Project Marketing and becomes the preferred agent in the area for off-the-plan sales.
Parkes Property is the winner of the 2015 Australian Achievers Award for customer service and relations in the real estate industry. We achieved a 99.79% overall score.

From rural land subdivisions to high-rise developments, Manningham has changed a lot in 50 years, but our commitment to great service has remained the same – and stood the test of time.
