A park-like suburb with first-rate amenities
Doncaster’s larger, leafier sister suburb is a natural choice for families. Big blocks of land and an abundance of green spaces lend Doncaster East a park-like feel, but it’s also close to the CBD and major commerce hubs. Its top-quality schools and sporting facilities are regional standouts. Like any area with such amenities, Doncaster East is rapidly growing and developing. Luckily, a large overlay of low-density housing means the Australian dream of a generous home and garden is still very much achievable here.

I moved to Doncaster East for the great schools and proximity to everything that my family could want. Today, I think my favourite thing about living here is my weekly walks through the beautiful Milgate Reserve and Mullum Mullum Wetlands.
