Assistant Property Manager
Join a prominent agency with 50 years of experience, a fantastic culture and a strong clientele base. Parkes Property is looking for an assistant property manager to join our award-winning team with the view to progress to a portfolio manager within 12 to 18 months. The applicant should have excellent customer service, strong organisational skills, enjoy working with a diverse client group and have solid written and verbal communication skills. The suitable applicant must have, a current agent's representatives licence, driver's licence and reliable car. Experience in property management and knowledge of Rest software is preferable, but training is available for the right candidate. The assistant property manager will support the property management team by undertaking the following duties: • Undertake condition reports & routine inspections. • Conduct open for inspections and process applications. • Managing and assisting with maintenance requests. • Assist with tenant lease sign-ups. • Arrears control. • General administrative tasks. • Work every 2nd Saturday with a rostered day off during the week.
