Parkes Property is one of the longest serving agents in the City of Manningham, perfectly positioned in the heart of Doncaster East’s business district and now totally refurbished for the 21st century. Formally known as Peter Parkes Real Estate and established in 1966, the Company was renowned for their expertise in the sale of new land sub-divisions and house land packages.
Principals Ted and Linda Linmeiers acquired the business in 1982 and still play an active role in the day to day management of the business. In 2006, Parkes Property celebrated 40 years of service in Manningham and launched their new identity as the “Parkes Property Group”. The Company invested heavily in the most up-to-date technology, systems and staff training, which enables Parkes Property to provide a sophisticated customer experience.
